I am rajendra kumar shaw. i m taking a insurance policy from birla sun life insurance. my policy number is 003002766.

Now i was going for deposite my renewal premium in chandanngar branch but the branch people are doing missguide and missbehave with me, they said to me to come for deposite at morning, and as usual i m going at said time. but again the people said to come at evening. after that when i call back to the branch, some one said me, you come at evening and don't call again in this branch... if you call then we use slang to you. after that i was going to the branch and collect the name of the person who tell me like this and the name is..PARMA PAUL...
