NON PAYMENT OF MEDICAL EXPENCES

Dear sir,

I am staying in dubai from last one year and my sister working as birla sun life agent. before comming here i have taken a birla sun life policy just signed a form.

I have receive a mail for doing medical for the policy as per procedure. Before doing medical over here in dubai i have called the Sr. executive advisor Mr. dubay. of birla life. and conducted the medical and send the reports to the emails i have received from birla sun life. but that mail was undelivered .so i send the same reports to my sister and asked her to send the reports to birla insurence.

But my policy as per birla sun life was rejected. was promised to get the medical expences refunded but till date i ahve not get any refunds fro them.
