Unauthorized deduction from balance

Since last four years I am a prepaid mobile customer of Reliance India Mobile & my mobile No. is 9778677742. But lately I am facing tremendous problem for wrongly deduction of my prepaid balance amount every time, i recharged my account, in the name of Value Added Service Pack which I never activated. When i inquired about the same, sometimes the customer care executives returned the same and sometimes did not, for which i am facing lot of hardship.
