Black berry 8520
Mobile set is dead in 8 months

Dear Sir, Madam,

I have purchased new black berry set on 01-11 from Sethi Telecom System, Samrala Road Ludhiana. But before a week it stopped working. I sent this set in black berry service centre named Redington India Limited, Ferozpur road Ludhiana on 24.06.2011.My case id is BB0136059. Work order no. is LDH/BB/11/00686.They sent it to Noida Service Centre. Now they are saying that your mobile is dead and we are helpless. This is bullshit. IS Black berry company is just ruining middle class people. My set is under warrenty either they have to repair it or change it. Kindly do the needful and look into the matter. It is the question of your product quality and your reputation in market also. Is this the way you deal with your new coustmer. Is 8 month life is enough for black berry 8520.I want an Answer at the earlist. The set is still with service centre in Ludhiana.please please do the needful.

otherwise I have to go to Consumer Court.
