False claim of Repair charges

Blackberry will go down in History Soon. The Indian Outsourced service center has started fleecing customers at their will. As usual this is was my third blackberry whose charging plug got ripped from the PCB and when went for repair the support center bluffed that water has seeped in and they will charge 12000 Indian rupee or 220 US$ for a phone which is available in the open market for 10, 000 Rupee. and I went to local shop and repaired the same for just 10 US$ that is 500 rupees. Such non monitored outsourced support center will help blackberry had to its woo's of massive customer dissatisfaction they are facing for last one year... God Bless Blackberry... or Badberry
