Battery not working more then 40 minutes

I purchased Blackberry Bold 9650 in February. The deatils of instrument are

Every since I started using this, I have fond that battery talktime is not more then 40 minutes. Rather then becoming a matter of ease I am highly inconvinced with the handset. Need a qucik response & relief to this please.
