Sir,

i have some documents send in on 5th feb from lucknow to dehradun via receipt no 299748827. till date i have not received the parcel, and moreover the employees here do not care to take up any calls or tell us where the parcel is. heard a lot about ur courier so insisted to he send by blaze flash, but i m highly disappinted. our company could have given u regular business. atleast some information should be provided to the customers.

i would appreciate if something can be done about it.
