Wrong delivery of an IMP document

Recently my aunty have redeemed her Mutual investments. The Mutual Fund AMC have send the cheque through Blue Dart courier (The fastest, most reliable door to door service).

This Fastest service have taken just 7 days to deliver the cheque from Mumbai to Pune. But this is not the story.

As the courier guy of this most reliable company didn't find my address, he have deliver it in the police station to a person called Bokhare (While my Aunty's surname is Jagtap). Because she have mentioned near police station in the address.

Now the document is misplaced from police station and the that AMC is asking an indemnity bond of Rs. 220 for reissuing the new cheque.

What a Reliable Company?
