Blue Dart Courier
Delay in delivery

I got a message from blue dart courier to delivery my shipment from Standard chartered bank vide no.43060788514 to be delivered within 48 hours on 25/4. Today being 28/4, I am yet receive my shipment and it has crossed the time limit given by the blue dart company. The sad thing is there is no follow-up and message from them regarding the delay in delivery. I have been waiting to receive my shipment for the past two days and with great disappointment I am lodging this complaint. Very poor service and they have to go long way to claim the status of one of the premier courier companies of India.
