I have received many correspondences & PAN CARD cards THROUGH LAST AWB NO. 44123106020

through Bluedart.

This is the second instance in last 3 months where Bluedart has not delivered the PAN CARD in my address & conviniently returned the same.

None of the staff has even bothered to contact me over phone /mobile in all these instances. This reflects on the deteriorating commitment of your staff to provide service & is an eye opener for me not to depend on you any further as a customer in my business.
