Hi,
They are following miss selling process. They are selling insurance product of different companies.firstly the telly callers fix up the appointment with customers over the telephone and using data of calcutta telephone directory. Pitching that it's a fixed deposit product which is guaranteed 10% and 2% extra for senior citizen. After that, Sales executive visits the clients and selling the insurance (purely traditional) products.and providing false sales illustration, hand made brochure etc. They don't provide document within the free look period. Month on month they are selling insurance product by saying it's fixed deposit. Higher authority in this company knows the miss selling things but they also enjoying the benefits of drawing big amount of money in terms of salary.
