Loss due to delay in opening the demat account and transfering funds

Hello Team,

With respect to above subject i recently opened demat account with BMA wealth creators and i fill the application form and submitted the required documents on 21st july and gave a cheque (Chq No.527280) worth 25000rs as an initial deposit with a commitment from the agent that my account will be created with in 4 days however they created my account on 30th july and 25000 balance debited from my citi account on the same day. but that amount haven't credited to my demat account till today due to this i am unable to trade and incurred a loss of more than 4000rs.

I kindly request you people to file a complaint and help me to get the loss incurred to me due to delay in both opening the account and delay in crediting money to my demat account. Please find the details below
