Bank statements

Sir, I have not received my bank statements for more than 4 years now. Everytime I call up the the customer care dep their place me on hold and then hang up on me. Why do I need to pay for a bank statement when ever I go to the bank because I dont get my statement sent to me. I think its the bank job to send me a statement after very three months. Please send me my statements from now onwards to my company address.
