Cheque book

Dear Sir,

Myself Rakesh Gohel having saving account in BOB Gamdi, Anand brand. I send a written application for a cheque book dated 14th August. The BOB officials confirmed me about that and told that they have punched my request and I will get the same within a week at my residence address in Anand but still I haven't recieved any cheque book. I called 2-3 times but every time I got the answer that it will be sent soon.

Pls do the needful.
