In spite of clearing all my dues It has been found that my name has been entered in CIBIL, so please see into this matter and get back me in two days otherwise you will forcing me to go to consumer court because previously also I have informed you to convert all my points and clear the reaming dues.

But you have not done it and you have mention in CIBIL that I have defaulted willingly, so how can you blame the me? I have written conformation mail form your side, and I want you to clear my name form CIBIL and give me in writing that you have remove my name form CIBIL. And I want CIBIL report showing that I have not defaulted but due to your (BOB CARD) mistake my name was there in CIBIL.
