Persanal Loan closed but it is in civil

Sir, My name is B.S.Prasad resident of eluru, w.g. Dt. A.P. Iwas closed my personal loan with ref. no.15115299.in 2010 Your office was also shifted from eluru to vijayawada after that also. Your concerned local manager issued me a settlement letter on 30th Nov"2010 . That letter No. is201011301000488776 Dt.30/11. But recently in my observation the issue is in civil. Pl. kindly remove it & consider me. The letter & the receipt of settled amount (Rs5000) was with me. I request you to kindly persue my issue & pl. remove the civil matter in online also.
