2. It is learnt that this company has changed its name from BPL Electronics Ltd to BS Refrigerators or some other name as there is no authentic information.

3. Request help me in getting the following information:-

(a) What is the new name of the company and its present address with telephone numbers and name of MD/Chairman?

(b) Name of the Stock Exchange where this company’s shares are listed?

(c) Have the company’s shares Dematerialised or not?

(d) Present market price of the company’s shares?
