Sir,

i am having bpl billing plan for my mobile numbr 9870584470.

i applied for mobile number portability but your sms message was that I AM IN CONTRCTUAL OBLIGATION AND REJECTED.

I rang toll free no. 800 and i was told to take a plan of 150 and then only you will allow number portability.

can any service provider can ask any amount decided by the company and there is no limit for it?

when i joined a few years ago, there was no portability and there canoot be any compulsary contract.

i wish to take the matter to the GRAHAK PANCHAYAT, GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT, AND HIGHCOURT FOR UNIFORM RULES.

before this i wish to know your answer Please reply A.A.PATIL.
