Today at arount 7.30 PM i received a call from your representative asking for mortgage loan requirement if any. I refused since I did not want any mortgage loan.

Since I had other querry regarding my Company, s whose current accounts have been maintained at various branches of Hdfc bank with average balance of many lacs of rupees,

Our company has been maintaining at Indore, a satisfactory account No.00362340000228 with you I enquired about a person whom I should contact. Your representative gave me mobile number of your RM head Indore Mr. Tripathi.

When I started enquiring, Mr. Tripathi replied in an insulting and rude manner shouting at me, asking ', who has given me this number'.

Since he is your employee I expected him to behave properly.

I therefore request your to take appropriate disciplinary action aginst the emplye Mr. Tripathi mobile No9302362722 (Indore).
