Loan decline due to false credit rating

I just apply a housing loan to LIC housing finance ltd.(gurgaon) but my loan is decline because they are telling me that i have a loan of 2 lacs on 20-feb at my PAN Card no.(ATMPK4900G- Ashok kumar s/o Sh. Vijay pal d.o.b 30/04/81.)
But as per my knowledage, this is the first time, i applied for any kind of loan. No loan pending or due at my side.
You are requested to please cross verify your database for false credit rating as soon as possible and inform me accordingly at below given e-mail address
