Horrible customer and after sales service

BGS Capital service (www.bgscapitalservice.com) is and investment service agency run by a husband and wife (Mr. Rajesh and Bharti Rajesh). We have made investments through them for the financial year ending 2010. We have faced hell lot of issues by making this mistake of choosing them as our financial advisors... we have been misguided and on top of that they have made errors like misspelling our name on the policy and also giving incorrect address for our investment for which we had to face the repercussion (we have not received an acknowledgment etc)..this was still tolerable but when we have contacted Mr. Rajesh and Bharti regarding the issues they have treated us badly and been extremely rude. Mr Rajesh has extremely no customer service skills and to top it his communication skills are pathetic. I really don't want anyone else to have the same experience as ours and would like to take this matter up.

I am pasting a copy of a mail sent by Mr Rajesh when we raised our issue with him and that will give you a better sense of where we are coming from.

"first cheak what u send u belive people word people giving service we accpt all dont' act like boss. people not doing any work."

This was a mail was sent by Mr Rajesh which grammatically makes no sense and the only sentence that makes sense is "Don't act like boss". I want to know if a customer demanding his right is taken as acting as boss... if that is so then BE IT!!

I really feel that consumers’ are not given their due and service in India and that needs to change.
