Unwanted extra charges

I have been charged extra amt in d way of penalty & interest which i have paid before due date, amt rs 1800/ which i questioned on help line promising me to get in touch within 48hrs, this incident is back on feb month but till now there is no response, i have mailed 2, 3 times but no effect on them, now i have cleared all d dues and closed d a/c, i request u get my 1800/ which i paid extra.
