SBI Credit Card
Harassment from the SBI Credit card department

There was a wrong transaction shown in my statement for the month March. I have been following up with the customer care since then till date and also sent the duly filled forms required for settling the issue but there has been no action taken from the SBI credit card until date and now the credit card division employees are harassing me to pay the unsettled amount. I am really stressed from the situation and I want to know if there is anybody who can be helpful to me in such a situation.
