Wrong statement

My sbi credit card no.4006661509375692 statement dated.1303.08.They have charged me to pay annual fee charged Rs.561.80, but I, received a call from your sbi credit card from chenni and they repedly said that they will not charges any annual fee charges and they forced me to take the credit card. So far I have never used the card, then for what i should pay, if you required Iwill cross cut the credit card and post to you.
