NON PAYMENT OF CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

I WAS USING CREDIT CARD NO 4006676534223774. Due to non receipt of bill since Feb I could not make paym, ent of the transactions done this Credit Card. I want to make payment of outstading bill in two instalments. Please guide me whether I can make payment through cheque if so let me know the balance statement of Credit Card outstanding amount as on date so that I can make payment. An early reply is requested.
