Scaming people by calling them and saying they are from microsoft

The website www.sbdigiworks.com is a web designing website used by the company sb infotech and they have integrated moneybookers (skrill) as there payment gateway but this company has another website as www.alphapccare.com which has the same gateway linked to it ..sb infotech is operated by satyaki bhattacharya in kolkata (India).they call people and and tell them that they are from Microsoft and there is a virus in there computer and take money from them which is a scam ..is moneybookers (skrill) helping this kind of company or even they don't know that there payment gateway is being used by a website which is scamming people and taking there money..
