Oadband usage complaint

Sir,

i am using broadband homeplan500... i used to download during night times 2am-8am.after 8 am

i had switched off my pc daily correctly.but sometime i may switch off the modem n sometimes

i will not switch off... but after switching pc itself..i have seeing my broadband usage is calculated

even am not downloading anything it is showing 30 mb, 32 mb downloaded excluding night time.

so, pls check my broadband usage and help my needs..because of this my broadband usage exceeds

more than 2.5gb..it is very hard to pay bill for not usaging anything.i got this errors in this june month.

you please check and recalculate the broadband usage..thank you
