Hamshakal service

Sir,

i am the suscriber of bsnl postpaid from last 6 years.my mobile number is 9419075905.

From last three months i am receving the sms from on my mobile from number 540005010 that your Thanks for using our Hamshakal your Service has been renewed Rs.10 charged.i dont know what is the Hamshakal service neither i am using.

I have brought this complaint in the notice of Customer care they ensure me your complaint has been lodged and the said service has been deactivated.

But this process is continued till date and every month Rs.10 is charged to me and also every month i am loding the complaint but no action has been taken sofar.

It is clearly that bsnl is cheating to the customers and also customer care not discharging the duties according to the customers satisfaction.

today on 20th September i have again lodged the complaint under complaint docket number given by bsnl customer care is as I201662413.
