i have financed my four vehicle with nanesh finance .and i work with a company and i was not able to pay my finance .and i with out any intimation when my car was parked they took the vehicle and in that there was companies cash now after i searched and checked after 4 days i came to know that they have take the car .my question is can they without intimation and any court order and any panchnama that what was there in vehicle and with out any police people can they do that because i have read that the court has passed an order that the court should pass the order and area police should come along and then they will identify the objects and panchnama is done then only it can be seized.if yes plz send me the g.o number for me to put a case against finance company
