Harassment by the customer care executive

On 15th of august i called the customer care executive to know whether airtel relationships centres will be open or not and they gave me a positive reply. But to my surprise i found all of them closed in my city. Such ignorant and hassle causing customer care relationship managers are useless and should be barred of harassing people further.
