Deduction of Rs.5 unnecessarily from 570071005

Rs.5 are getting deducted from my prepaid account from the 570071005, For the first 5 days some messages came to my phone about "Thank you for subscribing to subscription services" but no money was deducted. I haven't subscribed any of the services regarding this number. But after some time Rupees 5 started getting deducted from my prepaid account and i get a message "You will be charged Rs.5 for download", inspite i haven't downloaded anything...

Kindly help me in this regard. How to deactivate or unsubscribe to this service.
