Since lat 4 months i have been getting message from 565051030 from mobile investor services and renewing of their own without my consent and charging me RS 30/month.i booked a complaint through costumer services in august to deactivate the services through complaint no G 311898800 without any positive response.after that i booked a written complaint at bsnl office Srinagar 0n 29th August i sent sms on 56505 as UNSUB ODP to deactivate the services but to my surprise only next day a message of renewal was received by me.kindly help me from this cheating by bsnl. thanks DR.NIYAZ AHMAD BUCH 9419478800
