Respected Sir/Madam,

I am using Cellone mobile no. 9441413419.

Unknowingly or Unfortunately i have subscribed for Humshakal.com services few months ago.

I was charged Rs. 30/- against subscription charges & since then i am being charged Rs. 10/- every month (Without using the services).

Last month I have unsubscribed for the above services through SMS “UNSUB HM to 54000” and the SMS charges were Rs. 2/-.

But again this month the renewal charges were charged at Rs. 10/- Twice from 54000010 on 02/12 & on 16/12.

Note: I am not the only one facing this problem. 100s' and 1000s' of people have become scape goats in this issue.

I request you to kindly pull me out of this mess ASAP and save my hard earned money.
