Dear sir i amardeep sandhu bsnl customer mobile number 9416040234.i have started astrolgy service on my mobile about 6-8 months ago within one month after activation i call the customer care excutive for deactivation of this service.firstly they ask my name then mobile no and ask me your complaint is lodged and they give me complaint number and ask service is deactivated within 24 hours. but service is not deactivated i have call the customer care many times they ask me your complaint is lodged and service is deacivated within 24 hours every month they deducted Rs 20.00 from my account this service is auto rewnewd after one month. so please look in this matter i m completly misguided by customer care executive. thanks
