"Thankyou for continuing Monthly CRICKET service. YOu have been charged Rs 15." This was the message I got on my mobile on 26th March. I don't know how this company subscribes without my request. I even don't know how to subscribe it and this company just directly subscribes it without my conscent. I had talked to customer care also (1503) but got no response from there also. Do let me know how to unsubscribe it. This has happened second time, last month also they had deducted Rs 15 without my conscent. Some strict action should be taken on BSNL so that this kind of things do not repeat. This has happened to many of my friends who have BSNL mobile. My email id is jadhav_s_v@yahoo.com
