Non-charging of BSNL Prepaid mobile after deducting amounts from net banking--reg

Sir,

I had first time used your site www.paytm.com for recharge of BSNL Prepaid Mobile. Amounts of Rs.220/- (110/- 110/-) were deducted when i tried twice to recharge the mobile (Detalis enclosed). But I failed to recharge the mobile and till now no refund was credited in my SBI A/c which should have been done.

Take the issue on priority to avoide further litigation.
