UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTION

I have problem with the service of Loop Mobile.

On Aug 2nd 2011 Rs. 50 deducted from my balance.

My number is 9452294836.

I was asking CUSTOMER CARE for refund of deducted amount.

I have also sent a SMS to be UNSUBSCRIBED on 55678..

A reply was sent"you have been successfully UNSUBSCRIBED"

BUT NO REFUND WAS MADE.

So Please Refund the same.
