Despite having my property/flat valued Rs. 50.00 Lacs.(approx) at Lake Gardens- KOLKATA- 700045 and net intake of Rs. 1.12 lacs. PM from his salary, by my son, our joint APPLICATION for a grant of LAP (LOAN AGAINST PROPERTY) amounting to O N L Y Rs. 15.00 Lacs. have been turned down by The State Bank of India, Lake Gardens, presumably throgh a loan-apathetic process of connivance, with SBI-RACPC (Jeevan Deep-Kolkata- 700071).

Driven E X C L U S I V E L Y by the deposits, SBI-Lake Gardens has a perpetual history on the apathy to all types of loans, and all my previous GOLD LOAN applications too were similarly turned down and I had to approach a neighbouring Branch of Syndicate Bank, for the same and just got those sanctioned / disbursed within 45 minutes, on all the occasions.
