Wrong debited money from my account

Respected sir,

My name is Ramesh chand & account no is 20041122841 at salugara branch.

I was in army and now i am retired and still I am living in punjab.

I have drawn cash through ATM card no 622018113840004316 Rs 5000/-on 06 jan by ATM 1164 & Rs 5000/-on 06 jan by ATM 1165

from OBC BANK but i didn, t get and debited from my account . sir Rs 5000/- credited back to on 23 jan after complaint. about rest money i reported so many time

but there is no action for example :-

(a) complaint no 4292919875 dated 12 Jan) After reporting Rs. 5000/- credited in my account

(b) complaint no 4292919879 dated 12 Jan)

(c) complaint no 42921254864 dated 05 Apr

(d) sir i sent application by registered post on 20 Mar to bank manager and RM

(e) sir i sent message as UNHAPPY to 8008202020 thrice.

(f) sir i sent email to sbi main branch Regional branch Head offices.

i sent to email to apnapaisa also sir, i reported to customer care so many time at last i got your address from someone.

please solve my problem.so that i get tension free.
