Non shoping bill for payment

Dear sir,

I had a State Bank of India credit card bearing with the number 5264 6853 1548 1943 . Yesterday i got a bill for payment of Rs 1246/- may be to pay towards the shopping. but i had never swiped it any where else .. how it happend i could not able to understand. Immediately i want to cancel my card and if the things are not in my favour i am planning it to put before the consumer court with the help of the media channel TV-9. I want the clarification immediately. do the needful
