Stoping outgoing calls

Respected sir,

Good morning, mobile number-9829858085, relationship number-121-100252929 received bill number 562501880 of Rs 4, 674.74. sir sales executive contacted me on 70ct 2011 as per telephonic talk i told him to collect payment in cash on 8 oct in morning and the executive took time between 10am to 12pm nobody turned up, i was busy in operation theateras i am a doctor surgen .i gave the address also of Mishra orthopedic Hospital Bhilwara he noted down, sir nobody came and in the evening with out any notification my out going call has been stopped. Now i am feeling since 5to 6yrs i am using postpaid number9829858085 company doing shamefull deed with emergency call attending doctor.sir commited to that executive the payment will be made by cash on monday 10th oct then why it happend .sir i can use connection of a nycompany but you should be notified regarding this customer upset service .sir if you are starting my out going call urgent i will be thankfull to you, plz do not repeat in future.i will wait till 1pm sunday other wise i will change the connection.
