Unnecessary charging ONMOB services

Sir, My Cell No. is 9405504550 and BSNL OnMOB services charging me Rs.10/- per 10 days for dirty and photographs of models and that also i dont have access to internet on my instrument still they charging me same since last three months, these bewakkoof people know various ways to grab the money from customers. please deactivte the services immediately otherwise pieces of simcard will be served to them in a week time.
