BSNL Landline
PHONE NOT WORKING

Our BSNL landline phone nos. 0251-2315632 and 0251-2313932 are not working for the past one month. When enquired each and every officer who picks up the phone at BSNL just tells us "Work is going on so can't help". What is the use of complaining for such a reply. We are also aware work is going on but they should take some action. Our business is suffering badly due to no phone and fax connections. Request urgent action in this regard. BSNL is charging rental so they can give us a mobile phone and subsequently take it back once the cable work is over.
