Unable to unsub 58888 (WAP service)

Dear sir,

We are having BSNL mobile connections bearing number 9415462712 on 2g conversion. Even before the conversion we started receiving continuous messages from 58888 and it was renewed automatically. Even after we have contact the customerc are and they assured that we wont be receiving messages in future but even after that still now we are receiving the same messages and renewals. Now we are unable to recharge or topup our balance because of this deductions for renewals. Please kindly arrange to do the needful to rectify the problem.
