Bsnl mobile prepaid
Illegaly deduction of balance

I am a Bsnl East Prepaid customer. My phone no is 9475731426 and my name is Satyajit Dey.

Till 1st December i have a balance of Rs.67.66 on my no. That day 10 a.m. I have recharged Rs.07.00 which is for one day 100 MB browsing and I used about 70 MB out of my 100 MB till night. But the next morning i have cheaked my balance and found it's Rs.31.00 less means Rs.36.66.So Rs.31 is deducted from my balance illegally though I had 30 MB free data uses left in my account and I was in validity period.

I called the customer care-9434024365 and one of them launched a complain gave me a complain no (5721722) but after 3 or 4 days when I called customer care again the representative to know the status of my complain he told me that my complain no is invalid that means my complain is not taken. What can i do now? Please help me.
