I am deeply harassed by the services and inappropriate behaviour by BSNL.Last month in august they activated a value added service namely "my mobile tv" and deducted a balance of RS40.i put a complaint on the customer care and was assured of a solution. But solution is far away thing, same service got activated again after 7 days. Registering a complaint didnot help so i decided to put an email online as well as think of going to consumer forum. But on 30th august, out of the RS80 deducted, I was refunded Rs60 by BSNL chandigarh, with an apology on phone so i dropped the idea of filing a suite. But the company BSNL has lost all its shame. In 1st week of september again RS40 deucted for the same thing. Putting a complaint was useless but still I did and result was same.! week after that RS40 were deucted again. I again put the complaint but to no use as RS 40 were deducted again on 24th september and customer care is just useless..I have made up my mind to drag BSNL to the court because it has caused me lot of mental harassment.
