Cutting money without reason

Hi, This is M K Hazra, Jamshedpur. I have BSNL prepaid connection since 2005. I am putting top-up of Rs. 50/- to talk at end of April. BSNL is cutting the money of Rs.30/- on 1st may without any reason by sending me the message like" your last call value this much amount money". when i am complaining to customer care with complaint no. E02JH31202734 dated 2nd May. BSNL assured that it will be resolve within 48 Hours. but till date it is not solved after reminder on 10.05.2012. so i request you to resolve the above isssue close immediately & stop all unnecessary messages to my mobile no. 9431345673.
