BSNL Prepaid Mobile Service
LOVE SMS activated without my consent

A flash SMS service on LOVE TIPS got activated in my mobile number (9497361282) on 8-2 from the number 5123430 without my request or consent and money is deducted from my account automatically.

I requested to cancel the LOVE TIPS service through BSNL customer care on 11-02 (Complaint docket number 1102113183). The service in not activated till today in spite of many complaints registered.

I want the LOVE TIPS flash SMS service to be de-activated in my mobile and the deducted money to be refunded.
