False Insurance Papers & Fraud Deale

Sir,

I purchased a new Bullet Electra 350 cc from your dealer M/s Jaypee Motors, Hashimpur, Allahabad. on 20th August. Mr Rajat Kesarwani the proprietor (mob no 9336392516) did not give me the registration papers till 20th September. He gave me Insurance paper for the vehicle which was of ICICI Lombard.(policy no 0374583/0000001809) When I inquired from ICICI Lombard regarding the insurance policy I was informed that this policy number was in the name of another individual (Sufiya) and the vehicle insuredwas a Honda Shine 125 motor cycle. This was an unpleasant surprise and I realised that I had been taken for a ride. I met another person who has had a similar experience with the same agency.(Mr Mukesh Mishra mob no 9452150008) I had always admired the Royal Enfield stable and wanted to own and ride your bike but because of this bad experience I feel hesitant to encourage others to go for the same.
