Making unwanted calls

I am receiving unwanted calls from telephone no. 1204813550 very often relating to insurance. I have no insurance policy at all but the calling person calling himself MANISH call on my phone in the noon saying my computer is showing profit. He called me twice at about 2.45pm today. The obnoxious calls i am receiving from this no. for the last 6-7 months or so Please lodge my complaint to get rid of such calls in times to come.
